Established in 2014 Home has grown to become one of the most active residential property development companies in the South of England. Built from the ground, what started as single unit refurbishments has grown to become multiple boutique projects running concurrently, predominantly within the Sussex area.

Home is known for high quality luxury apartment and houses, with particular expertise in the conversion of listed buildings and offices, in addition to luxury new build houses. Currently Home undertakes 5—6 medium size projects at any one time.

In 2020 Home started selling its Homes directly, allowing the opportunity to sell direct to the end buyer.
