Jennifer has a strong legal and financial background, practicing as a commercial business lawyer prior for 10 years, achieving her firm’s youngest partnership at 28 years old. She co-founded three award-winning bar and restaurant venues in 2008–2012, before moving solely into property development. As Financial Controller and Business Development Director, ensuring tight fiscal management of projects is the key element to Jennifer’s role. Alongside Damian, in 2012 Jennifer was recognised as one of the UK’s top 500 up-and-coming business entrepreneurs in the Future 500 forum.

Damian Frizzell
Director

Damian’s core skills of business development and project design and management have evolved from a career as BBC journalist and documentary maker, followed by Strategic Marketing and Events Director for Vice Magazine, and from 2008–2014 as director of the Wolf Venues Group, The Haunt, Madame Geisha and House of Wolf. As a director of several profitable start-up companies he has an invaluable practical knowledge of design and build project management.

Tom Hamilton-Hird
Senior Project Manager

In 2020 Tom joined Home to spearhead project management across the development portfolio, and the launch of the new in-house sales agency. Tom is perfectly positioned for this role as he brings a wealth of professional experience from within the residential property industry, having worked at senior level for the likes of London based developer Mount Anvil, and most recently as New Homes Sales Manager for Mishon Mackay, Brighton’s largest Estate Agency.
